This is a wine made from over 60 years of Vieilles Vignes planted on a small parcel of 0.2 ha in Lieu-dit Les Herbues. It has a sensual aroma with no heaviness; it is delicate and extremely smooth. What a beautiful liquid! In contrast to the Vosne-Romanée 2018, this Chambolle-Musigny 2018 consistently exhibits an airy, pale, soft, and delicate style that can be considered a quintessential example of exceptional Chambolle-Musigny, both in the barrel, immediately after bottling, and now after several years of aging. The most successful among the elegant and airy series of 2021 is Vosne-Romanée as well as this Chambolle-Musigny, made from over 60 years of Vieilles Vignes planted on a small parcel of 0.2 ha in Lieu-dit Les Herbues. It has a sensual aroma with no heaviness; it is delicate and extremely smooth. What a beautiful liquid!
