"Rosé d’un Jour was a sweet wine made with over-matured grapes, so depending on the vintage, it was made either with botrytis or passerillage. We have concluded the production of Rosé d’un Jour, with 2023 being the final vintage, to reduce the size of the vineyard and focus on the Chenin", said Martial Angéli.
92% Chardonnay + 8% Pinot Noir from Côte des Blancs and Grande Vallée de la Marne. Type of soil : Argilo-calcaire. Spontaneous fermentation; no filtration or fining. Elevage: 20% in barrel and 80% in stainless steel tank. / L : RS22 04 / Dosage : 2g/l. Dégorgement : May 2024 Pinot-Noir from Marsannay. Plum, groseille, peach, pure extraction of fruits. Fresh and smooth, what a lively and comfortable Rosé wine.

Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise . All the carbon gas and aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.

The new lot Ze Bulle 2021 has pale pink colour, softly bubbled, a blend of 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon from biodynamically farmed vineyards. Grolleau Noir and Gamay were not blended in this year.

Françoise and Phillipe Gourdon retired in 2015 and then Bruno Ciofi's “Béret & Compagnie” had taken over the production of Ze Bulle in 2018. This lot has freshness and bright details. Alc 9.0%
Rosé d'un Jour is made from 40 years old vines of Grolleau Gris + Cabernet Sauvignon, with residual sugar. / 2023 Release - Mark et Martial Angéli made the label with less information. You could find detailed information such as residual sugar contains, yield, portion of SO2 or certificate of Demeter in the label before, but now all these specifications are not indicated. It's not a big problem, because we have already known what they have been making. The 2016 Extra Brut Les Béguines IOTA is a one-off experimental cuvée that saw Prévost add some 2% still red wine to a barrel of Les Béguines during fermentation. RP97 / Made 800 bottles

The "Ambre Pinots" is made from the blend of Pinot-Noir and Pinot-Gris with macération. Lovely rosé colour, smooth, juicy fruits in dry style. At a glance, although it has very French atmosphere, it is not easy to identify its origin. However, that’s the point of it. 100% Sangiovese Rosato Lunella made by saignée method. Fermented by native yeasts, all the process is run by non-interventional manners. Fascinating beautiful salmon pink. A note of Campari and sweet strawberry fruit on the nose with acidity. Intermixed flavour of orange and strawberry in a velvety texture. Rich, fresh, long and complex. Ideal dry rosé.
