Domaine Chapel's Cru Beaujolais "Chiroubles" is composed by 2 parcels(Soil : mixture of granite, sandstone, weathered rock) located at 400m asl and vines were planted 50 years ago or much older. Gamay 100%. / High-toned aromas of cherries, raspberries and spices introduce the 2018 Chiroubles , a medium to full-bodied, layered and fleshy wine with ripe acids and a rich core of fruit. It derives from steep parcels that have to be worked by hand. RP92
