Coulée de Serrant is the finest biodynamic vineyards in the world which has fascinated many great wine producers and wine connoisseurs. Coulée de Serrant is "Monopole AOC" that is able to find only few cases for example Romanee Conti and Chateau Grillet. This unique vineyard produces unique wine which is made from 100% Chenin Blanc with botrytis.

Clos de la Bergerie inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Vieux Clos. Contains Botrytis too. Clos de la Bergerie is the richest among three cuvees with honey-like stickiness. Gras coats your mouth, seductively sweet, and long finish. This is the wine for pleasure.

Les Vieux Clos inherits same style of Coulee de Serrant as well as Clos de la Bergerie. Contains Botrytis too. However Vieux Clos is not merely an entry level of Nicolas Joly's wine. Every three cuvees have different characters and size, yet same concentration. Les Vieux Clos has slightly larger-meshed texture than Coulee and its easier to match wide range of cuisines.

Les Blanderies 2021: 100% Chenin Blanc, released in 2024, with a production of 1,305 bottles. This time, we received La Lune 2022, Rosé d'un Jour 2023, and Les Blanderies 2021. Regarding La Lune, there was not much difference compared to the previous vintage from 2021, which was already produced under Martial's initiative, although the weather conditions were different between 2021 and 2022. However, Les Blanderies left a significantly different impression than the 2020 vintage. It may have been just that particular day, but its softness and delicacy combined with a pleasant lightness that felt airy, made it seem more vibrant than the 2020 version. We thought that allowing it to acclimate to the environment here for a few more months might help it focus better.

"Les Blanderies are younger vines planted just below VV, terroir is slightly different. It is still clay but the rocks here are phtanites. Phtanites contribute significant natural citric acid to the grapes. In the 90s, my father had to prove to the administration through analysis that he did not add citric acid to this wine; it is all natural thanks to this special terroir" by Martial Angéli.

"Rosé d’un Jour was a sweet wine made with over-matured grapes, so depending on the vintage, it was made either with botrytis or passerillage. We have concluded the production of Rosé d’un Jour, with 2023 being the final vintage, to reduce the size of the vineyard and focus on the Chenin", said Martial Angéli.
Les Lune 2022 : Chenin Blanc 100%, Released in 2024. This time, we have received La Lune 2022, Rose d'un Jour 2023, and Les Blanderies 2021. Regarding La Lune, there was not much difference felt compared to the previous vintage 2021, which was already produced under Martial's initiative, although weather condition was different between 2021 and 2022.

Ze Bulle is made by a unique and original method which was invented by Philippe Gourdon of Château La Tour Grise . All the carbon gas and aromas generated during the fermentation process are recharged into the wines before bottling.

The new lot Ze Bulle 2021 has pale pink colour, softly bubbled, a blend of 85% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon from biodynamically farmed vineyards. Grolleau Noir and Gamay were not blended in this year.

Françoise and Phillipe Gourdon retired in 2015 and then Bruno Ciofi's “Béret & Compagnie” had taken over the production of Ze Bulle in 2018. This lot has freshness and bright details. Alc 9.0%
Perfectly ripe 100% Sauvignon blanc from over 50 years vieilles vignes on Terres Blanches Calcaire(Kimméridgien) soil. Contains 50% botrytis, yield : 20hl/ha. 36 months ageing "sur lie". No SO2 added, bottled without fining and filtration. Rosé d'un Jour is made from 40 years old vines of Grolleau Gris + Cabernet Sauvignon, with residual sugar. / 2023 Release - Mark et Martial Angéli made the label with less information. You could find detailed information such as residual sugar contains, yield, portion of SO2 or certificate of Demeter in the label before, but now all these specifications are not indicated. It's not a big problem, because we have already known what they have been making.
